Here is how our pricing works.
At Boise Party Bus, we always to our very best to quote you fair prices that are accurate to what we expect you to pay. You will never be caught off guard by hidden fees or surprise charges. We find out as much information about your run as possible so that we can tell you about all charges right up front. Prices are based on the size and type of vehicle, desired date of service, and number of guests you will have. If you are picked up or go outside of our local service area, that might also factor into the cost. Please have all of this information ready when you reach out to us so that we can be as precise as possible.
Your total balance will be due at or before your time of pick up. You may pay with cash, major credit or debit card, money order, or personal check. Money orders and personal checks must be received significantly in advance of pick up. A deposit will have to be paid at the time you book your reservation. The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card. Any damages or overages that occur during your trip will be charged to your card.

While it is easily avoided, it is possible that you can incur charges during your run. This would be due to keeping the vehicle past your contracted drop off time, causing damages, or requiring excessive clean up after your trip has ended. If you are worried about getting charged extra, please ask your customer service agent or your driver how to avoid damages before you get started. All damage and clean up charges are clearly stated in the contract that you will receive before your trip begins.
